Mid-Sr Java SW Developer (Job Number:402928)
Description:
SAIC is seeking Mid-Sr. SW Developers in Huntsville, Alabama. The work is focused on the software development life cycle, including software specifications, software design, software coding, and software testing.
Clearance Requirements: Must be able to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance. US Citizenship is required. No Relocation
Required Skills:
Candidate must have experience in Air and Missile Defense Programs and be knowledgeable about military programs such as PATRIOT, SLAMRAAM, JLENS, JTAGS, MEADS, Sentinel and THAAD. Experience evaluating software requirements for completeness, correctness, consistency, accuracy and readability. Familiarity with tools such as DOORS, Rational and UML is a plus. Background should include test witnessing, test analysis, test plan analysis, system design analysis. Experience working with Linux OS is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of software development experience using Java or C++ .
- Proficiency with UNIX or Linux OS environments.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

BS in Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science from an Accredited University and 3+ years of experience (equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree).
