Oracle BPM Business Process Architect (SEC) (Job Number:401429)
Description:
SAIC is seeking an Oracle BPM Business Process Architect
who will be supporting a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Washington, DC.
Specific job responsibilities include:
- Serve as a member of a team of 5-7 technical staff supporting Oracle Fusion Web Application design and development.
- Implementing complex business process management (BPM) architecture.
- Analyzing as-is business processes, designing new business processes, implementing the business processes within Oracle BPM 11G, and documenting the processes. It includes all aspects of requirements collection/analysis and will involve meeting facilitation, interviews, and joint application development (JAD) sessions that include senior and C-Level executives.
- Provide comprehensive documentation of all requirements including workflows, business rules, constraints, technology needs, and data needs.
- Testing and simulation of BPM workflows; troubleshooting issues; supporting deployments and performing a variety of activities related to the systems development life cycle (SDLC). Examples of deliverables may include requirements documents, business process models, logical data models, standards and guidance, and project plans. All products must meet SAIC, customer, and software industry documentation standards and requirements.
Qualifications:
Required Experience and Education:
- 7+ years of directly related computer business systems analysis and/or programming experience
- Must have world-class expertise in the Oracle 11G BPM product suite and be very experienced in business process modeling notation (BPMN).
- Candidate must be able to provide specific recommendations on the implementation BPM product and must be able to map business needs to the product to ensure optimal use.
- Extremely strong organizational skills, an eye for quality, and ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals (e.g., government executives, program experts, system users, and computer programmers).
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities, very strong writing skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have prior experience interacting with C-Level executives and facilitating executive meetings.
Clearance Required:
US Citizen who must be able to obtain a moderate risk Federal public trust clearance. The public trust clearance process authorizes the Federal government to perform background investigation for identifying negative criminal, medical, and financial findings. It should be understood that if an offer for employment is accepted that continued employment in the position is contingent upon obtaining the clearance.
Desired Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with JEE/Java-based Internet/Intranet applications,
knowledge of federal IT regulations, and an understanding of the securities trading industry.
- Knowledge of other Oracle SOA Suite components
