OM&S Senior Analyst (Job Number:402610)
Description:
The OM&S Senior Analyst will assist the NSWC Pt Hueneme site on all aspects of conversion and clean-up of OM&S material to ensure that the site is FIP compliant.
Primary Responsibilitiesinclude:
- Providing subject matter expertise on IM/WM OM&S functionality
- Assisting on RAM warehouse transfer
- Generating analyses for IM/WM Procurement Metrics
- Conducting NAVSEA OM&S SITE Assessments including IM, WM, HAZMAT, AIT,Physical Inventory, and Kitting
- OM&S Metrics Analysis for Procurement, IM, and WM
- Assisting on Training Site Trainers and Curriculum Analysis and Development
- Data conversion mapping and Navy ERP files conversion
- Analyzing and developing business rules and communiques
- Analyzing and developing OM&S Procurement Metrics
Qualifications
:
Required Skills
:• BA or BS degree
- 5+ years of experience with Navy and Navy ERP SAP solutions
- 10+ years of experience in Navy Logistics including managing SOM or OM&S
- Knowledge of Material Accounting Policy, and SECNAV INSTRUCTION 4440.33
- Knowledge of the DoD FMR Volume 4, Chapter 4, and DoN Federal FinancialManagement Improvement Act (FFMIA) Statement of Assurance
- Knowledge of Financial Reporting of Operating Materials & Supplies(OM&S)
- Prior experience in performing and documenting annual physical inventories ofOM&S
- Secret Clearance
