ADA Software Engineer- (Apache AH-64 PPSS) (Job Number:405666)
Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION: SAIC is looking for an Ada Software Engineer to modify existing AH-64 flight software Ada code (developed by Boeing).
The candidate will operate in a Lunix environment and modify (as required) existing simulations, models and drivers. The candidate should have software tools experience and be able to read requirements and as required create new code to support AH-64 PPSS independent testing effort. The candidate will create, compile and execute automated test procedures and maintain Software development folders for modified or new Ada code.
Qualifications
:
Education: Bachelors degree and 4+ years of experience (equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree)
Required Skills: Previous Ada developement experience in Linux environment.
Desired Skills: Avionics experience, Army aviation and embedded flight software development experience is a desire.
Successful candidate must possess a SECRET clearance.
