Scope: The U.S. Air Force is seeking advanced IT and logistics support for communications equipment and information systems in Southwest and Central Asia in support of Air Force Central Command (AFCENT) A6 located at AFCENT HQ, Shaw AFB, South Carolina. AFCENT currently maintains forward air bases in the Central Command Area of Responsibility (AOR) to provide air power as required. The AFCENT Communications Technical Support Services (CTSS) contract will provide mission essential communications support functions at various air bases within the AOR, mostly in the Persian Gulf region, and primarily supporting government owned communication equipment., the Combined Air and Space Operations Center, Al Udeid AB, Qatar and subordinate locations.

Basic Education, Skills and Experience: Minimum qualification requirements will be based on the specific position, but all qualifications will include a combination of minimum education and years of experience.
All candidates must be proficient with Microsoft (MS) Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additionally, each candidate must possess well-developed written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate ability to speak/instruct in front of large groups and clearly express thoughts and ideas.
Security Clearance Requirements: Ability to gain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance is required. Some positions will require Top Secret/SCI clearances.
Travel: Some travel is anticipated with this position, both in and outside the Continental United States.
