JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for Information Assurance and building monthly software update packages after transfer to NSWC-PCD 7/2012 including Linux tar balls, Microsoft SUS and other vendors security patches for DJC2 1.3 systems that are fielded
worldwide. Duties include Systems Engineering, Integration and Configuration
Management. Other roles with Configuration Management and Control on both
development and production systems include a wide variety of risk management
and systems hardening practices that facilitate business continuity, automation
through scripting of patch management and global configuration changes to
enhances efficiencies.
-Create Patch disks in accordance with scheduled cycle
-Mitigate, Correct vulnerabilities within Patch and test card failures
-Provide Tier III subject matter expert support
Qualifications:
Required Education & Experience: BA and 3 years or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
