SAIC is looking for a EUCOM Site Lead in Stuttgart, Germany.

The EUCOM Site Lead will serve as the Government’s central point-of-contact for the EUCOM command’s day-to-day operational activities and to provide the necessary technical direction, guidance and supervision for contractor personnel assigned to the task order.

The EUCOM Site Lead should be able to demonstrate the following knowledge and/or experience:
- Understanding of operational and technical requirements of this Task Order.
- Understanding of applications and network systems similar to those in use at HQ USEUCOM and HQ USAFRICOM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in presenting material to senior DoD and non-DoD officials
- Managerial experience in a C4 networking environment with a significant number of direct staff.
- Experience supervising substantial DoD C4 operations which encompass software development, user and network systems integration, and training in diverse operating environments with people of various job categories and skills.
- Experience in a quality assurance environment that includes, at a minimum, knowledge of: customer satisfaction tracking; user complaint and monitoring programs; and quality control (QC) systems reviews and analysis.
- Proven skills in manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, and employee relations.
- C4 experience in a military headquarters or command center environment.

The EUCOM Site Lead will manage the implementation of specific government or commercial contracts. Plan, coordinate, and manage the actions taken by an organization to acquire and execute a specific piece of business, either competitively or non-competitively. Integrate all functions and activities necessary to perform the project to meet the customer requirements. Plan and implement actions by the project team to define and implement technical baseline and meet quality requirements for project products and services. Direct project team personnel, manage cost and schedule, ensure contract compliance, and serve as customer interface.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (1). For research, development, system integration, or projects with high technical content, a B.S. in a relevant technical field may be required. Experience in Managing Projects and Track Record: Prior Project experience required, at least 5+ years experience working on projects or programs, with at least 2 years of successful task lead experience. Organization PM Training: Organization Core Curriculum or equivalency for Project Type 1: electives based on assessment. Certifications: PMP® or other certification (e.g. DAWIA) highly recommended.
