Description:
SAIC is looking for Technical Analysts in the Huntsville area.
Engineer/analyst with experience in executing programs associated with laboratory and field measurements and tests of foreign EO/IR and RF missile systems or materials analysis or microelectronics or radar cross section. Qualifications include: demonstrated ability to select, procure, and integrate EO/IR and RF laboratory test instruments and related equipment such as positioners, rate tables, boresight towers, mobile lab vehicles, scanning electron microscopes, low level x-ray machines, mechanical hardness testers, and instrument/equipment computer controllers required to characterize and test threat equipment in response to broad requirements specified by the government; demonstrated ability to set up, verify proper operation, calibrate and document a wide range of complicated and/or specialized EO/IR, RF, microelectronic or material test setups; demonstrated ability to maintain configuration control (inventory and calibration schedule) and of a large inventory of specialized test equipment; and demonstrated ability to configure computers and computer networks and communications equipment and networks to facilitate data collection, storage and dissemination; Projects and activities include foreign materiel exploitation, laboratory testing of threat systems or system components, operational field testing of threat systems or system components, automated data acquisition with laboratory instruments and data acquisition systems, data reduction and analysis, and laboratory design, development and operation.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in related field and 3-5 years of related experience. May require TS security clearance with special accesses.
