Test Support Analyst for ANG/AFRC Mission Support (Job Number:406201)
Description:
SAIC is looking for a Test Support Analyst to provide support to the Air National Guard (ANG)/Air Reserve Component (ARC) Advanced Programs office, which provides full spectrum support for 48 Air Reserve Component (ARC) Advanced Program and Active Duty Total Force Integration (TFI) sites including facilities, resources, personnel, and recurring training/education. Technical Analyst will:
- Advise and assist with all phases of test planning, management, execution, analysis, security and reporting.
- Research commercial-off- the-shelf technology to support the combat capability of ANG aircraft.
- Review and submit engineering change proposals and candidate operational flight program and software upgrades prior to processing Multi-Command Forms 37.
- Assist with developing and publishing documentation needed to support test efforts.
- Assist with scheduling test range, airspace range data collection assets and aircraft. Collect pre and post-mission information and maintain training logs.
- Prepare and submit data for SEEK EAGLE requests for authorization of aircraft modifications.
- Conduct test analysis, test plan development, planning, and engineering.
Qualifications
- EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field with 10 years of experience in flight test disciplines such as test analysis, test plan development, planning, scheduling, and engineering. Five of the 10 years must involve experience with military equipment and systems. Two of the years must have been in a leadership/management role. An advanced business or engineering degree may substitute for two years of the experience requirement.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Meet and maintain SAP and SCI eligibility criteria.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment comprised of military, Government and contractor personnel.
- Excellent organizational and analytic skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work.
- Excellent leadership and verbal and written communications skills.
- Self-motivated and customer-oriented.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Advanced Program and/or MAJCOM level Headquarters experience.
- Master's Degree is a plus.
- Experience with integrated data bases, SharePoint and Project a plus.
- Experience in technical writing and editing is a plus.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Must possess a Top Secret (TS) security clearance based on a Single Scope Background Investigation within the last five years and be eligible for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
