Job Description: Individual is required to carry out implementation of integrated product support. Logistics functions include policy planning, integrated logistics process, and product support. Provide logistical support for development of Technical Data Package (TDP). Logistics functions include but are not limited to: calculate cost of Metal FAB; calculate cost of cables; understand and be familiar with level 3 drawings; work with engineer, drafter; and/or modeler to provide correct part numbers; develop Indentured Bill of Material (IBOM); create H6 nomenclature; add WT part in Windchill (WC); find or develop attributes and enter into WC; and enter parts into Windchill as product structure.
Qualifications:
Required Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years experience. Be able to review and correct an IBOM consistent with engineering data. Must have a technical understanding of engineering drawings and be able to review drawings for accuracy as they pertain to logistical data. Must be able to clearly translate data from drawings into numeric values for an IBOM, example cable length and cost. Also, requires the ability to understand and use Government and Commercial specifications and regulations. Have experience with H6 nomenclature and understand the process tools required to develop H6 nomenclatures.
Desired Skills: Candidate should be familiar with an IBOM and have an understanding of how to indenture Bill of Material (BOM). Understand the deference between Engineering Bill of Material (EBOM), IBOM, and BOM.
