The scope of this contract effort includes deployment and maintenance of the worldwide, fixed-base, high-speed, high-capacity, reliable and secure digital communications infrastructure for the Air Force Network. It is comprised of enterprise-wide tools, equipment and media that provide traditional and wireless base network infrastructure, network monitoring and network defense at all Air Force bases worldwide. The following skills and experience are required:
• McAfee Host Based Intrusion Prevention System
• Microsoft Certified System Engineer or Microsoft MCITP
• Microsoft Certified Professional for SQL Administrator
• Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) with experience in Routers, Switches and Network Fabric
• VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP5-Data Center) in vSphere 5.x or more recent
• Blade technologies experience in a virtualized environment
• NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE)
• Enterprise storage experience in integration and migration of SAN and NAS technologies
• BMC Certified Administrator: BMC Remedy IT Service Management 7.x and/or 8.x
• BMC Certified Administrator: BMC Atrium CMDB 7.x and/or 8.x
• BMC Certified Administrator: Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping 8.x
• Oracle Certified Expert, Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) and Grid Infrastructure Administrator
• Oracle Certified Professional in Oracle Solaris 10 & 11 System Administrator
• F5 certified product consultant for Local Traffic Management and Global Traffic Management
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
• Linux Professional Institute Certification Advanced Level Linux Professional (LPIC-2) Certification
• Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP)
• Experience in the administration of T-Metrics Automated Call Distribution (ACD) systems including TM-2000 Event Servers, RASMs, Digi Servers and MPG
• Experience in managing, implementing and administering IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus, Tivoli Business Service Management, Impact and Cognos

Basic Education, Skills and Experience: Minimum qualification requirements will be based on the specific position, but all qualifications will include a combination of minimum education and years of experience. All candidates must be proficient with Microsoft (MS) Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Each candidate must possess well-developed written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate ability to speak/instruct in front of large groups and clearly express thoughts and ideas.
Security Clearance Requirements: Ability to gain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance is required.
Travel: Some travel is anticipated with this position, both in and outside the Continental United States.
