Description:
Authorizes Global Broadcast Information content over Satellite Communications (SATCOM). Responsible for the successful implementation of strategic enterprise Global Broadcast content allocation supporting assigned missions. Designated as lead TIM providing technical and training support for DoD’s GBS managers to ensure their current operations GBS requirements are met. Responsible for the successful implementation of strategic enterprise Global Broadcast content allocation supporting assigned missions. Provides GBS oversight, management, technical and operational guidance in direct support of USSTRATCOM's missions and provides direct support to DoD, federal, and civil agencies, engaged in global operations supporting these national priorities. Assesses operational risk resulting from GBS losses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent and 5+ years GBS SATCOM experience.
Satellite Communications SME experience required.
