Software Engineer, CMMI, Enterprise (Job Number:405396)
Description:
SAIC is currently looking for a senior Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process expert, recognized as a leader of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and continuous process improvement initiatives.
The Sr. Software Engineer will be responsible for:
- Documenting processes and developing cohesive program process models representing an integrated management framework.
- Maintaining online process documentation repository (Process Asset Library).
- Identifying inter-process touch points and dependencies and documents groups of processes as an integrated process model.
- Identifying potential process improvements and assesses processes as candidates for CMMI certification
Qualifications
:
Specific Skills and Experience:
- Broad knowledge of SDLC processes, process modeling and process integration.
- Knowledge of ERP industry best practices.
- Knowledge of program management processes and principles.
- Demonstrated experience to analyze processes, develop/document a cohesive process model, identify potential improvements, and communicate them to Program personnel.
- Experience with DoD acquisition program processes.
- Experience with CMMI process implementation.
- Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint
Must have at least 2 years’ experience in software project management in the last 10 years.
Must have at least 4 years’ experience with CMMI, ITIL, ITSM, Lean Six Sigma or ISO 9000 disciplines in the last 10 years.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in related field and 5+ years related experience.
