JOB DESCRIPTION: The Strategic Targets program within SAIC is currently looking for a Sr.-level Software Engineer. Incumbent will:

-Develop C++ multi-threaded embedded code

-Develop Fortran to C++ module interfaces

-Perform advanced debugging techniques of concurrent software using gnu compliers

Qualifications

:
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a 5+ years of experience (equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree).

Required Skills/Qualifications:

The candidate must have experience in the following:

-C++

-Fortran

-Gnu compilers (gdb, ddd, etc.)

-Linux with g++ and gfortran compilers

General Skills/Qualifications:

The candidate should also have an understanding of:

-Real-time simulation and/or missile systems

-Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Documentation, Software Testing

-Problem Solving

-Teamwork

-Software Development Fundamentals

-Software Development Process
