Job Description:
The Analyst will provide Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) aligned service desk support services. Support includes, at a minimum: the management and support of Incident Tickets, Service Requests, Change Requests, and Identity Management Requests (Public Key Infrastructure and Centralized Directory Registrar related) for both on-site and off-site SPAWAR users.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
High School degree and minimum of 2 years experience, 5 years preferred.
Certifications:
Required: Security+ (DoD 8570.01-M certification)
