Systems Security Administrator (Job Number:400933)
Description:
SAIC has a contingent job opportunity for a Systems Security Administrator for a new effort to be located at Hill AFB in Ogden, UT.
Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional activities. Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts. Develops group profiles for permission based access to business software based on SAP environment and performs account maintenance. Tests, debugs and refines the business systems to produce the required product. Performs user rollout tasks to include defining, creating, and maintaining role definitions and job definitions, mapping and coordination with security personnel to create system accounts. Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation pertaining to processes, procedures, and functions of application security. Responsibilities include day-to-day management of business software to include user management based on SAP environment.
Qualifications:
Basic Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution. In addition to educational requirement, a minimum of five (5) years related experience.
Clearance: Must have a minimum of Secret with an in scope Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI). Candidate may start on the program with an interim secret with SSBI upgrade.
IT Level of System Access: Must be eligible for award of IT-1 level of system access. (Requires Secret/SBBI or Top Secret ) DISA may authorize interim access if personnel are awarded interim secret.
DoD 8570.1-M Requirements: Candidates must have a DoDI 8570.01-M approved Security + certification and be enrolled in the Continuing Education Program prior to beginning work on the contract and must have, or be able to obtain an approved Operating Environment certification with 180 days of their start date.
Good communication skills
Preferred: Familiarity of Control-M.
