SAIC is looking for an Attack the Network Subject Matter Expert (AtN SME).
The AtN SME will support the doctrinal revision of Attack the Network. The AtN SME will assist in the development and publication of AtN work. This position will impact the development, integration and publication of Doctrine for the USMC and Joint community.
Duties will include:
- Oversee the strategic planning and operations to enable the production and publication of AtN Doctrine.
- Research all available sources to support the production and publication of Counter Insurgency (COIN) and AtN related doctrinal publications.
- Prepare reports and correspondence to facilitate sharing of AtN Doctrinal knowledge and propagation across the Joint community.
- Perform all tasks assigned by JIEDDO JCOE.
Location and Travel:
Positions are Quantico, VA, and 29 Palms, CA. Employee can expect to travel supporting Joint Center of Excellence objectives (20%).
Desired Skills:
- Experience with publication of Joint or Service doctrine
- Served as a Brigade or higher C-IED Professional during OEF or OIF.
- Experienced with the Marine Corps Planning Process at the Battalion and above staffs.
- JIEDDO, Joint, Military Education Command experience is required.

Required Skills:
9+ years related job experience and a Master’s Degree. Applicant must have a TS/SCI security clearance. Have excellent written and oral skills with the ability to communicate difficult concepts to various audiences. Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications required.
