Description:
SAIC is looking for a JDIMS Program Manager in the Guantanamo Bay, Cuba area.
This candidate is responsible for managing the implementation of specific government or commercial contracts. Plan, coordinate, and manage the actions taken by an organization to acquire and execute a specific piece of business, either competitively or non-competitively. Integrate all functions and activities necessary to perform the project/program to meet the client or customer requirements. Plan and implement actions by the program/project team to define and implement technical baseline and meet quality requirements for project/program products and services. Direct project team personnel, manage cost and schedule, ensure contract compliance, and serve as principal customer interface.
Project Overview:
Maintain the Joint Detainee Information Management System (JDIMS) database, which includes various entities associated with known personalities and terrorist groups. Provide in-depth research and analysis on assigned detainees, with emphasis on post-interrogation analysis, answering of requirements levied against assigned detainees, as well as continually developing detainees’ JDIMS profiles ensuring accurate and complete information is available to interrogators and the intelligence community. Conduct analysis of counter-terrorism and counterintelligence reports, as well as identify intelligence gaps supporting the analytical needs of strategic debriefers.
Monitor current intelligence of specified targets and generate intelligence-based assessments for use by strategic operators and planners. Perform intelligence research and analysis; prepare and present briefings and written products as necessary.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree or higher. Experience in Managing Projects and Track Record: Minimum of 5 years of successful Project or Program Manager experience. Minimum of 10 years of project experience working on projects and programs in positions of increasing responsibility.
- Knowledge of DoD applications and operations (Subject Matter Expert).
- Understanding of all user roles and all
- application workflows.
- Understanding of the basic principles of intelligence production operations, analyst workflows, collection methods, and collection management operations (Preferred).
- Experience with MS SQL Server 2008.
- Ability to run SQL queries for ad hoc requirements and return accurate data.
- Provide JDIMS support to On Island and Off Island Users.
- Establish JDIMS user’s feedback, requests, and requirements for the J2.
- Account management including account approvals/renewals, vetting JDIMS applications (Supervisor Verification/ Need to Know), and changing user permissions when necessary.
