Safety Engineer (Job Number:402432)
Description:
Responsible for overseeing the Environmental Safety and Occupational Health (ESOH) and Accident Prevention programs for the contract. Develops and maintains the Hazard Analysis Report to identify potential hazards, and the Safety and Health Risk Assessment that determines the severity and likelihood of occurrence for safety and health risks in the contract environment. Develops, maintains, and implements the Accident Prevention Plan, and submits accident reports if an accident occurs to a Contractor or sub-contractor employee working on the contract.
Qualifications:
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or equivalent discipline and 7+ years of related experience.
